If you receive a lead that qualifies for a refund, you have 5 calendar days from delivery to submit a request. Requests submitted after 5 days will not be reviewed.
Step 1: Check if your lead qualifies
Before submitting, review our Refund Policy to confirm your case falls under a refundable reason (invalid/disconnected phone number, seller isn't the property owner, seller confirms they aren't selling, or a duplicate of a lead delivered to you in the last 365 days).
Step 2: Gather your supporting evidence
Requests move faster when they include proof. Depending on your reason, attach:
- A call recording (required for "seller not selling" or "seller not the owner" cases)
- Screenshots of texts, records, or listings
- A link to the property or duplicate lead
Step 3: Submit your request
You can start a refund request:
- From your dashboard: Click the Support icon in the left sidebar, then select Lead Returns.
- The Lead Returns button should bring you to the form you need to fill out. Click the "Click Here To Request Refund" button at the top of the page.
Fill in the lead details and reason, attach your evidence, and submit.
Step 4: What happens next
Our team reviews each request against the refund policy criteria. If approved, the amount is issued as account credit (not cash) and applied to your balance within 5 business days for use on future leads.
If your request is denied, you'll receive a reason. See Why Your Refund Was Denied for common denial reasons.
