How does billing work?

Modified on Mon, 20 Jul at 5:22 PM

Billing runs on an auto recharge balance system: your payment method is automatically charged in $1,000 increments each time your balance drops to $400 or less. This keeps your account funded so incoming leads are billed automatically without manual top ups- the $1,000 recharge simply replenishes the account balance that per-lead charges draw from.

You can find your balance in your PPL portal here. When this balance gets to $400 or less, the next automatic recharge of $1000 to your payment method will happen.

When you first sign up for PPL services with Motivated Leads, there is an initial deposit of $1000, which starts your lead flow. After this deposit, the account runs on the auto billing system explained above.

Please Note- This is not a monthly subscription for the $1000 auto billing charge. Your payment method is only charged when your balance drops below the minimum amount ($400) to avoid a disruption in your lead flow. The auto charge restores lead flow. To control your spend, you can pause the account or add a monthly cap to your account.
