Yes! Every lead you receive through Motivated Leads is 100% exclusive to you- we never resell or share the same lead with another investor. When you choose your counties, the leads generated from those counties go to you and only you. If you are in a Tie Bid in a county, you and the other investors will begin a round robin distribution of leads. For ex: 1st investor gets the 1st lead, 2nd investor gets the 2nd lead, 1st investor gets the 3rd lead, and so on. Exclusivity is NOT affected when in a "Tie Bid" or round robin distribution.
