Why Am I Not Receiving Leads??

Modified on Tue, 21 Jul at 4:36 PM

If you're not receiving leads, a few things could be affecting your flow. Here's how to troubleshoot:

  • Check your account balance. Make sure your balance covers at least the cost of two leads in your highest-bid county. A low balance can prevent new leads from being delivered. (Remember: your balance auto recharges in $1,000 increments, once it drops to $400- but this runs independently of your spend cap, so it's worth checking both.)

  • Confirm you're the Top Bid. Leads go to the Top Bids or Tie Bids within each county. If you're sharing a county with other investors, check whether someone has outbid you- if so, you may need to raise your bid above the $300 floor to regain priority. • Expand your counties. If you're only covering a small area, consider adding more counties. Broader coverage generally means more lead volume.

  • Check your spend cap. Verify you haven't hit your monthly cap. Once reached, your account stops receiving leads until it resets on the 1st of the month. Make sure there's enough room under your cap to cover at least one more lead at your bid price, and raise it if needed. You can adjust your cap as needed.

  • Make sure your account isn't paused. A paused account won't receive any new leads. You can check and adjust your pause settings anytime from your portal in the top right corner under "Status".
